HELLO DARKSIDE FOOD TRUCK CREW,

Hope you’re all doing well and gearing up for the weekend.

We’re excited to welcome you to Darkside After Dark this Saturday at the New Jersey Convention & Expo Center in Edison, NJ. Most of you know the drill, but please take a few minutes to read through the details below so we’re all aligned on load-in, inspections, and setup.

Food truck load-in instructions will be provided on arrival by Darkside crew members directing traffic and placement on site.

ARRIVAL TIME
1:30 PM SHARP

Health and fire inspections are scheduled to begin around 2:00 PM. Please arrive on time and fully prepared.

INSPECTIONS & COMPLIANCE
It is your responsibility to pass all required inspections. Please ensure you have more than one person on your truck, that money handlers are not handling food, and that you have hot running water with a properly functioning sink. All health and open flame standards must be met and operational upon arrival.

If you fail a health or open flame inspection, you will not be permitted to vend. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to open due to a failed inspection.

PERMITS
All required vending permits have been secured by Darkside and will be on file, including health certification, required municipal approvals, and open flame permits if applicable.

POWER
We do not supply power to food trucks. If you require power, you must bring your own generator. Quiet generators are strongly preferred.

TRASH & CLEANUP
You are 100% responsible for properly bagging and removing your trash at the end of the event. Trash must be taken with you or disposed of as directed on site. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleanup fee.

TRAILERS & SPACE LIMITATIONS
If your setup includes a trailer or cart, trailers must be dropped using a foot (please bring one if required), and tow vehicles must be moved after drop-off. Space is limited and this policy is non-negotiable. Every inch counts, and we appreciate your cooperation.
